I am not the technical support guy!!

Hello again, it has been a while since i wrote here, but i had good reasons, which i will unveil later. for now i have another complaint of mine that i would like to mention.

Listen, I am not the technical support for umniah, orange, sama, zain, batelco, or cyberia. please understand that when I got my bachelor's degree in computer engineering, it didn't mean that i know that you add an extra character to your username when connecting the ADSL modem the first time. Or that you forgot to connect the Ethernet cable again!

I am also not the guy who formatted your PC the last time, neither the guy who installs games to your PC. I also have no intention to backup your data, re-organize your files, or to clean your PC from viruses (Which only you, god and several hundreds of people knows why they got into your PC ;))

I have no magical tool to keep your little brother from playing on your PC, because you refuse to use a password (Which in most cases, is because your father demands that you don't add one, because your little brother was crying all day that he has a science paper to write! or you used your mobile number as a password a 3 year old hacker - your brother - knows how to crack it!!).

I also don't memorize the windows that appears when you do something wrong, don't ever say "it shows another window, what to click!", i think that i have the right to know what is the error, and what options are provided, and in most cases i have to use a translator to translate you Engrish to English, so that i know what the hell you are talking about.

I admit that i studied something about computer, but i am not a sales person, why you ask me about the prices of the RAMs, HDDs, DVDs, Video Cards, and PCs. We both know that I work in a different field, as most people i know say that i write symbols to get things on the screen, which is right, but i don't have a store or work at a company that sells any hardware.

I am also not a hacker, don't call me to ask for modding your PS2 to play pirated games, and your only excuse that i studied 'Computer'!!

Finally, please note that, I apologize for throwing all that in your face, but i had to, because it seems that i must sue the Internet companies for the lack of support, and not giving the users the basics of connecting to the Internet. I waste about an hour or so everyday just answering calls that is only the source of laughing to my work mates!!
